Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Full House Vision collects, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. It covers our website (fullhousevision.com), our web and mobile apps, and the poker events we run.

Who we are

Full House Vision (“we”, “us”) runs corporate poker events in New York City and the technology that tracks and analyses them.

What we collect and why

1. Sign in with Google

When you sign in to our web or mobile app with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. We use them only to identify you and to decide what you can access in the app, based on your staff role (director, dealer or processor).

We do not access any other Google data. We cannot see your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts or anything else in your Google account.

2. Live tournament tracking

During our events, our staff enter tournament details into our app: each player’s number or name, seat, buy-in, rebuys, chip counts and elimination time. The app also keeps a log of which staff member made each change, so the record of the event is accurate.

3. Player analytics

For players at our events, we collect gameplay and hand-history data and produce statistics from it, such as performance scores, rankings, hand replays and awards. These make up each player’s highlight package. Event gameplay may be recorded to produce them.

4. Leaderboards

Player names and scores may be shown publicly in the rankings on our website. You can ask us to leave you off (see Your choices and rights).

5. Website and app usage, and our contact forms

We use analytics tools to understand how our website and apps are used: which pages are visited, for how long, and roughly where visitors come from. We also measure whether our advertising leads to enquiries. These tools use cookies and similar technologies in your browser.

When you send us a quote request or a message, we receive what you enter: typically your name, email address, company and message, plus any event details you give us. We use it to reply to you.

Google user data

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google account data is used only for sign-in and access control. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared except with the service providers listed below, who help us run sign-in and our app.

Who we share it with

We never sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as much as they need to do that:

• Supabase: database, authentication and file storage, hosted in the United States.
• Google: sign-in, analytics and advertising measurement.
• Vercel and Squarespace: website hosting and our domain.
• PostHog: website and app analytics.
• HubSpot and Formspree: receiving and managing contact and quote-request forms.
• Apple App Store and Google Play: distributing our mobile apps.
• Contractors who help us process tournament data, under confidentiality obligations.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our guests, our staff or the public.

How we protect it

Access to personal data is restricted by role, so staff see only what their job needs. Data is encrypted in transit between your device and our services.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data for as long as we need it to provide our services and keep accurate event records, and then delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also ask to be left off our public leaderboards. Email us at lachlandent@fullhousevision.com and we will respond as soon as we can.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the website may not work as well without them.

Children

Our services and events are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
